«Αλλάζω Σύστημα Θέρμανσης και Θερμοσίφωνα» – Στη δημοσιότητα ο Οδηγός του προγράμματος
Υπεγράφη η Κοινή Υπουργική Απόφαση (Β’ 6969/2024) για την προκήρυξη του προγράμματος «Αλλάζω Σύστημα Θέρμανσης και Θερμοσίφωνα» του Υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας, από το οποίο θα ενισχυθούν νοικοκυριά της χώρας για την εγκατάσταση νέων ηλιακών θερμαντήρων νερού ή/και συστημάτων αντλίας θερμότητας σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας.
Την ΚΥΑ, όπου συμπεριλαμβάνεται και ο Οδηγός του προγράμματος ύψους 223,2 εκατ. ευρώ, υπέγραψαν ο Υπουργός Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας, κ. Θόδωρος Σκυλακάκης, καθώς και ο Αναπληρωτής Υπουργός Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, κ. Νίκος Παπαθανάσης.
Σημειώνεται πως το πρόγραμμα υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του “RePowerEU”, του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας «Ελλάδα 2.0» με τη χρηματοδότηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης – NextGeneration EU.
Ειδικότερα όσον αφορά στα χαρακτηριστικά του «Αλλάζω Σύστημα Θέρμανσης και Θερμοσίφωνα»:
Πέραν της ενίσχυσης των νοικοκυριών για την εγκατάσταση νέων ηλιακών θερμαντήρων νερού ή/και συστημάτων αντλίας θερμότητας σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας, παρέχεται και η δυνατότητα αντικατάστασης ενεργοβόρων ηλεκτρικών θερμαντήρων παλαιάς τεχνολογίας. Ωστόσο, αυτή η πρόβλεψη δεν αποτελεί προαπαιτούμενο για τη συμμετοχή των ενδιαφερόμενων στο πρόγραμμα.
Αξίζει να επισημανθεί πως από τα 223,2 εκατ. ευρώ που είναι ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός του, δεσμεύονται 44,6 εκατ. ευρώ για τα ενεργειακά ευάλωτα νοικοκυριά.
Στους βασικούς στόχους που θέτει το πρόγραμμα συγκαταλέγονται: η αναβάθμιση της ενεργειακής αποδοτικότητας των νοικοκυριών και η εξοικονόμηση οικονομικών πόρων από τη μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας.
Επιπρόσθετα, θα συνεισφέρει στη μείωση της χρήσης συστημάτων θέρμανσης που βασίζονται σε ορυκτά καύσιμα και βιομάζα, τα οποία επιβαρύνουν την ατμόσφαιρα με αιωρούμενα σωματίδια.
Μέσω του «Αλλάζω Σύστημα Θέρμανσης και Θερμοσίφωνα» επιχορηγείται:
- Η αγορά νέου ηλιακού θερμοσίφωνα σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας, σε ποσοστό από 50% ή 60%, με το ακριβές ποσοστό να διαμορφώνεται βάσει εισοδηματικών κριτηρίων.
- Η αγορά νέου συστήματος αντλίας θερμότητας, σε ποσοστό 50%.
- Η εκτέλεση αναγκαίων συμπληρωματικών εργασιών τοποθέτησης επιλέξιμου εξοπλισμού (π.χ. κόστος μεταφοράς, κόστος τοποθέτησης, αναλώσιμα και εξαρτήματα κ.λπ.), σε ποσοστό 50% ή 60% (αναλόγως των εισοδηματικών κριτηρίων).
Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε νοικοκυριά που επιθυμούν να τοποθετήσουν τον παραπάνω επιλέξιμο εξοπλισμό στην οικία τους (κύρια ή δευτερεύουσα κατοικία, ενοικιαζόμενη ή παραχωρούμενη).
Στο μεταξύ, στο πλαίσιο του «Αλλάζω Σύστημα Θέρμανσης και Θερμοσίφωνα», δίνεται έμφαση στους δυνητικούς ωφελούμενους έτερου προγράμματος, του «Ανακυκλώνω – Αλλάζω Θερμοσίφωνα» με μη εξαργυρωμένα voucher. Ειδικότερα, καλούνται οι ενδιαφερόμενοι που δεν είχαν προβεί σε εξαργύρωση των voucher, να υποβάλουν εκ νέου αίτηση, χρησιμοποιώντας τον ίδιο ΑΦΜ.
Οι αιτήσεις χρηματοδότησης αξιολογούνται συγκριτικά και λαμβάνεται υπόψη η ύπαρξη ή μη μέλους/μελών ΑμεΑ στην οικογένεια, αν η αίτηση αφορά οικογένειες με τρία ή περισσότερα εξαρτώμενα τέκνα, αν η κατοικία είναι σε ατμοσφαιρικά επιβαρυμένες περιφέρειες (μόνο για το νέο σύστημα αντλίας θερμότητας), σε περιοχές με υψηλό αριθμό βαθμοημερών.
Οι αιτήσεις χρηματοδότησης από τους ενδιαφερόμενους θα υποβάλλονται μόνον ηλεκτρονικά από τις 8.1.2025 έως 31.3.2025 και υποχρεωτικά μέσω του επίσημου δικτυακού τόπου του προγράμματος https://allazosistimathermansis-thermosifona.gov.gr.
